Job description

As a Sales Manager, candidate will have to look after all sales activities and growth of the company in all and new ways of sales and marketing. Generating new leads for gym membership and handling existing memberships is an essence of this profile. Regular follow-ups of walk-in enquries as well as enquiries through indirect sources like social media, taking care of membership renewals, due membership recovery, introducing new offers for membership, Offer execution through indoor and outdoor activities, planning and executing events in support to sales growth will be the main responsibilities. In addition to this He/She will also have to manage overall staff efficiently to work upto the set system.

For these requirements, we need a candidate who possesses sales and marketing experience preferrably in fitness industry or any relevant field of service industry. He/she must have good communication and Convincing skills through good command over English and Hindi languages. He/She should also be well groomed and having a pleasing personality.
