Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Greater Delhi Area for a Manager - Airline Onboard Experience. The Manager will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing the onboard experience for passengers, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction. Key duties include managing in-flight services, coordinating with cabin crew, implementing service standards, handling customer inquiries, and monitoring feedback to continually improve service quality.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in the Airlines and Aviation industry
  • Proven skills in Sales and customer relationship management
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to work well in a team and lead effectively
  • Relevant experience in a similar role is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Aviation Management, or related field
