Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Airline Customer Service Agent located in Gambir. The primary responsibilities include assisting passengers with check-in procedures, boarding and deplaning, handling baggage, providing flight and gate information, and addressing any passenger inquiries or concerns. The Airline Customer Service Agent will also ensure compliance with all airline policies and regulations, and provide exceptional customer service to enhance the passenger experience.
Qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software relevant to airline operations
- Knowledge of airline policies, procedures, and regulations is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in aviation or customer service is beneficial
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Experience in the aviation industry or a customer service role is advantageous
