Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Passenger Service Agent located in the Greater Bengaluru Area. The Passenger Service Agent will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting with check-in processes, managing passenger inquiries, and ensuring smooth and efficient flight operations. Day-to-day tasks include handling passenger services, ensuring a seamless check-in experience, and addressing customer needs promptly and efficiently.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Passenger Services and Flights
  • Familiarity with Check-in procedures
  • Strong Customer Service skills
  • Excellent Communication abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Relevant experience in the aviation industry is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent
