In addition to strong communication and customer service skills, a customer service agent at an airport should also have good organizational and problem-solving abilities, as well as the ability to work well under pressure. Depending on the specific role, the agent may also need to be proficient in a particular language, particularly if they are working at an international airport.

**Salary**: ₹9,664.98 - ₹30,097.46 per month
