Job Description Call Hr Contact Airport/Airline Jobs Ground Staff Customer Service and Ticket Counteris a leading provider of airport and airline services in Bengaluru Airport India. Job Description: We are currently seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Ground Staff Custom er Service and Ticket Counter this role you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to passengers handling ticket sales and reservations and assisting with various airport operations.Key Responsibilities: • Greet and assist passengers at the ticket counter• Process ticket sales and reservations accurately and efficiently• Handle customer inquiries complaints and requests in a professional and timely manner• Ensure compliance with all airport and airline regulations and policies• Assist passengers with check-in boarding and baggage processes• Coordinate with other airport and airline staff to ensure a smooth and timely departure for flights• Maintain a clean and organized ticket counter and work area• Provide support to passengers with special needs or requests• Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and responsibly• Assist with any other duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager. Qualifications:• High school diploma or equivalent• Previous customer service experience preferred• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment• Basic computer skills• Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays• Must be able to lift to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time.
