We are seeking a strategic and results-driven AGM – Talent Acquisition to lead our recruitment efforts across verticals. This role demands a seasoned HR professional with a strong understanding of talent strategy, employer branding, and stakeholder management. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping our workforce and driving our growth agenda.
Key Responsibilities
- Talent Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with business goals
- Forecast hiring needs and build proactive pipelines for critical roles
- Leadership Hiring & Stakeholder Management:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for mid to senior-level positions
- Partner with business heads to understand talent needs and deliver solutions
- Process Excellence & Automation:
- Drive process improvements and implement recruitment automation tools
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations
- Employer Branding & Candidate Experience:
- Strengthen employer brand through campaigns, social media, and partnerships
- Ensure a seamless and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring journey
- Team Leadership & Vendor Management:
- Mentor and manage a team of recruiters and TA specialists
- Build and manage relationships with external recruitment partners
Desired Expertise & Qualifications
- 8–10 years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in large-scale or fast-paced environments
- Proven success in leadership hiring and strategic workforce planning
- Strong understanding of recruitment technologies, ATS platforms, and analytics
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
- MBA/PGDM in HR or related field preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹800, ₹1,000,000.00 per year
