Role Overview:

As
VP – Finance
, you'll lead Cloutflow's financial strategy and operations. You'll oversee financial planning, budgeting, liquidity management, and compliance to ensure sustainable growth. This role demands both strategic acumen and hands-on operational excellence — ideal for someone who can balance high-level financial planning with day-to-day execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor the
    finance & accounts team
    , ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.
  • Manage
    cash flow, working capital, and liquidity
    to support business expansion and timely vendor payouts.
  • Oversee
    financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting
    for all departments.
  • Build robust
    MIS and reporting systems
    for management and investors.
  • Ensure
    statutory compliance
    with GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ROC filings, and audits.
  • Partner with leadership to define
    financial strategy, capital structure, and cost optimization
    plans.
  • Liaise with
    banks, auditors, legal, and tax consultants
    for efficient operations.
  • Develop financial controls, process automations, and scalable systems to support rapid growth.
  • Support
    fundraising, investor reporting, and due diligence
    during future capital events.

Requirements:

  • 8–12 years of experience in Finance, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Strong background in
    accounting, corporate finance, and compliance
    .
  • Experience in a
    startup or fast-growth environment
    preferred.
  • Expertise in
    financial modeling, MIS, taxation, and audit management
    .
  • CA qualification required; MBA (Finance) is a plus.
  • Proven ability to build and lead a high-performing finance team.
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
