  • Evaluate and modify existing compensation and benefits policies and procedures.
  • Ensure all programs comply with current labor laws and regulations.
  • Conduct market analysis and job evaluation to determine appropriate salary levels.
  • Communicate compensation and benefits policies to employees and provide support for related inquiries.
  • Prepare and present reports on compensation and benefits metrics to senior management.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and negotiate benefit contracts.
  • Prepare compensation and benefits budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Analyze employee satisfaction regarding pay and benefits and implement best practices to improve engagement and retention.
