- Design compensation packages aligned with company strategy and market benchmarks.
- Develop and administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, wellness, and retirement plans.
- Evaluate and modify existing compensation and benefits policies and procedures.
- Ensure all programs comply with current labor laws and regulations.
- Conduct market analysis and job evaluation to determine appropriate salary levels.
- Communicate compensation and benefits policies to employees and provide support for related inquiries.
- Prepare and present reports on compensation and benefits metrics to senior management.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and negotiate benefit contracts.
- Prepare compensation and benefits budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Analyze employee satisfaction regarding pay and benefits and implement best practices to improve engagement and retention.
