  • Oversee the replacement process with the warehouse team and ensure seamless delivery to customers.
  • Follow up with customers regarding pending payments to ensure timely receipts.
  • Assist the field sales team by providing necessary support for sales activities and helping to coordinate tasks within the sales department.
  • • Work closely with different departments to ensure smooth operations and timely completion of tasks.
  • Oversee the replacement document process, collaborating with relevant teams to ensure accuracy.
  • Assist in managing expo-related activities, including preparation, coordination, and customer interaction at events.
