Overview

Gallagher Center of Excellence is seeking to hire a Senior Campaign Specialist for the GBS Marketing process at GCOE Business Enablement division.

As the Senior Campaign Specialist for the GBS MKTG Process, you will be responsible for leading the planning, execution, and analysis of marketing campaigns on Salesforce Sales Cloud Environment.

You will be managing projects from concept to delivery. You will ensure smooth and efficient transition & delivery of various marketing functions to internal stakeholders.

Your role will involve driving creative solutions and high-quality output.

Additionally, you will be responsible for fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and customer focus within the marketing team.

You will be interacting with the team who are present in various locations.

Exposure to advanced data management tools is a definite plus.

How you'll make an impact

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Campaign Planning: Take briefs and direction from Marketing Managers to execute marketing campaigns for diverse projects.
  • Campaign Execution: Lead the execution phase of campaigns and contribute innovative ideas.
  • Project Management: Drive projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.
  • Create Campaign Assets: Create content, graphics, and other assets for campaigns.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively as part of a larger team on marketing-focused areas of projects.
  • Meet Deadlines: Ensure projects are completed on time and meet schedules.
  • Communication: Maintain ongoing communication with production and leads regarding schedules and deadlines.
  • Workload Management: Take responsibility for your own workload, time management, and feedback actions required by supervisors.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay updated with industry trends and work to client brand guidelines.
  • Mentorship: Mentor junior campaign specialists and provide guidance to improve their skills.

Competencies:

  • CRM tools: Proficiency in Salesforce Sales Cloud(most preferred),Data Loader tools or Similar Enterprise CRM tools
  • Leadership: Provides guidance and support to junior team members, helping them develop their skills and achieve their potential.
  • Creative Vision: Demonstrates a strong sense of creative direction, ensuring that campaigns are visually compelling and aligned with client objectives.
  • Project Management: Oversees all aspects of project execution, ensuring that timelines are met and deliverables are of high quality.
  • Technical Expertise: Utilizes advanced technical skills in digital marketing tools to create complex and effective campaigns.
  • Client Interaction: Confidently engages with clients, providing recommendations and guiding them through the campaign process.
  • Collaboration: Works effectively with designers, copywriters, project managers, and business stakeholders to achieve campaign goals.
  • Quality Assurance: Maintains a high standard of campaign execution, ensuring that all deliverables meet client expectations and brand guidelines.
  • Continuous Improvement: Continuously seeks ways to improve campaign processes and stay updated with industry trends and best practices.

About you

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in marketing or related field with a concentration in data or analytics.
  • Experience with CRM (Salesforce), web analytics, Power BI, Microsoft Office, Smartsheet.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and CRM.

Knowledge, Skills And Ability:

  • Proficiency in advanced digital marketing tools.
  • Advanced knowledge of SEO and SEM is a bonus.
  • Strong eye for detail and consistency.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Leadership and mentorship skills.
