Key Responsibilities

  • Executive Support
  • Manage the CEO's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Prioritize and manage emails, calls, and correspondence on behalf of the CEO.
  • Prepare agendas, presentations, and briefing materials for internal and external meetings.
  • Communication & Coordination
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Draft professional correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Ensure timely follow-up on key action items and decisions.
  • Operational & Strategic Support
  • Support the CEO in tracking organizational goals and project milestones.
  • Conduct research and prepare summaries to aid decision-making.
  • Coordinate with leadership teams to ensure smooth execution of strategic initiatives.
  • Confidentiality & Discretion
  • Handle sensitive information with the highest level of integrity and confidentiality.
  • Exercise sound judgment in prioritizing and managing competing demands.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience (5+ years) as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting C-level executives.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace; knowledge of productivity tools is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently, multitask, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
