Tele Marketing Executive

As a Tele Marketing Executive, you will play a crucial role in identifying and targeting potential small business clients. Your primary objective will be to build strong relationships with these clients, understand their unique needs, and offer tailored solutions from our SBE product suite. You will be expected to achieve sales targets, maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, and contribute to the bank's reputation as a trusted financial partner for small businesses.
Responsibilities
- Generate leads and identify potential small business clients through various telemarketing techniques.
- Build and maintain a database of prospective clients, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Conduct thorough research on target industries and businesses to understand their financial needs and challenges.
- Make outbound calls to introduce Kotak Mahindra Bank's SBE products and services, and schedule appointments for further discussions.
- Provide excellent customer service by actively listening to client needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Follow up on sales leads and ensure timely closure of deals, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and represent the bank's brand and values in all interactions.
- Collaborate with other sales and marketing teams to develop effective telemarketing strategies and campaigns.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new product offerings to enhance sales performance.
- Provide regular feedback and insights to the sales team, contributing to the continuous improvement of sales processes.
- A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in telemarketing or sales, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport over the phone.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach to sales.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales-related software.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively, meeting deadlines and sales targets.
- Analytical skills to interpret data and make informed sales decisions.
- A self-starter with a proactive approach to lead generation and sales.
- Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new sales strategies and techniques.
- Fluency in English and any other regional languages is an advantage.
