Job Summary
Our client company is looking for an ambitious Business Development Executive to expand its footprint in domestic and global IT markets. The role involves lead generation, client acquisition, and closing deals for web, mobile app, and digital marketing services.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify new leads via domestic and international channels.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Pitch IT services (Web Development, Mobile Apps, Digital Marketing).
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and RFP responses.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Represent company at client meetings and networking events.
- Collaborate with delivery teams for project success.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Experience Band: 1 – 3 years
- Education: MBA/BBA/Graduate with specialization in Sales/Marketing preferred.
- Technical: Familiarity with IT service sales, CRM tools, bidding platforms (Upwork, Freelancer, etc.).
- Soft Skills: Persuasive communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Mindset: Target-driven, self-motivated, and ambitious with a global business outlook.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹9, ₹29,940.58 per month
