Holiday Residency is a premier hotel in Coimbatore, committed to offering guests a blend of comfort, luxury and exceptional hospitality. We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales operations and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and occupancy targets.
- Generate new business opportunities in corporate, leisure, travel agency and event segments.
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead in the industry.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure profitability.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote hotel services, packages and events.
- Prepare and present sales performance reports to senior management.
- Guide and motivate the sales team to meet targets and deliver results.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the hotel/hospitality industry.
- Strong connections with corporate clients, travel agencies and event planners.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
