Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic IT Sales Executive to drive sales for our IT products and services in both domestic and international markets. The ideal candidate should have strong negotiation skills, excellent communication abilities (English & Tamil), and a deep understanding of IT sales strategies to generate leads and close deals effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and reach out to potential clients to generate leads.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive long-term business.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demos to prospects.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Negotiate and close business deals with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support sales efforts.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and customer needs.
- Maintain records of sales activities, pipeline, and client interactions.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong communication skills in English and Tamil.
- Good understanding of IT solutions and sales processes.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
Preferred Skills
- Prior experience in IT sales is a plus.
- Strong presentation and public speaking skills.
- Experience using CRM tools to manage leads and sales.
