**Job Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify and reach out to **potential clients** to generate leads.
- Build and maintain **strong client relationships** to drive long-term business.
- Conduct **sales presentations and product demos** to prospects.
- Develop and execute **sales strategies** to achieve revenue targets.
- Negotiate and close **business deals** with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the **marketing team** to support sales efforts.
- Stay updated on **market trends, competitors, and customer needs**.
- Maintain records of **sales activities, pipeline, and client interactions**.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- **Bachelor’s degree** in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (**MBA preferred but not mandatory**).
- Strong **communication skills** in **English and Tamil**.
- Good **understanding of IT solutions and sales processes**.
- Excellent **negotiation and persuasion skills**.
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to **meet and exceed sales targets**.
- Ability to **work independently and in a team**.

**Preferred Skills**
- Prior experience in **IT sales** is a plus.
- Strong **presentation and public speaking skills**.
- Experience using **CRM tools** to manage leads and sales.
