Job Description:Sales Executive Loan Against Property & Unsecured Loans (NBFC)
- Department : Sales & Marketing
- Reports to : Branch Manager
- Job Profile
- Responsibilities
- Generate leads and acquire customers for Loan Against Property (LAP) and Unsecured Business Loans.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to foster repeat business.
- Present appropriate loan products based on customer needs and financial situation.
- Coordinate with the credit and operations team to ensure timely loan processing and approval.
- Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets set by the management.
- Stay updated on market trends, customer preferences, and competitor offerings.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory requirements, and risk management guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and loan status, and provide regular reports to the branch manager.
- Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales within an NBFC or financial services company, preferably in Loan Against Property (LAP) or Unsecured Loan
- Should be target-driven, proactive and have a proven track record of achieving sales goals.
- Educational qualification: Degree/ Diploma.
- Should have two-wheeler with valid driving license.
