- Research and identify potential leads using online tools, databases, social media, and industry-specific platforms.
- Generate qualified leads via cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and other outbound methods.
- Nurture and qualify leads through strategic communication to set appointments or pass them to the sales team.
- Maintain and update CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) with accurate lead information and activity logs.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation strategies with campaign goals.
- Meet or exceed weekly/monthly lead generation targets and KPIs.
- Segment and manage lead lists based on industry, job title, company size, geography, etc.
- Track and report on lead generation metrics and suggest process improvements.
- Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and target audience behavior.
