Role Overview

As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns (Google Ads, PPC, Meta Ads, etc.) to generate quality leads. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, hands-on campaign management experience, and a proven track record in driving ROI through digital platforms. Experience in the real estate industry will be considered a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute lead generation campaigns across Google Ads, PPC, Meta Ads, and other paid platforms.
  • Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI and minimize CPL (Cost Per Lead).
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
  • Track daily/weekly/monthly performance and prepare reports for management.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align campaigns with business goals.
  • A/B test ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing (real estate industry experience preferred).
  • Strong expertise in Google Ads, PPC, Meta Ads, and other paid platforms.
  • Proven ability to generate high-quality leads at optimal costs.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with hands-on campaign optimization experience.
  • Knowledge of SEO, SEM, retargeting, and CRM tools will be a plus.
  • Strong communication and reporting skills.

Qualifications

  • Graduate/Post-Graduate in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Google Ads / Meta Ads certifications will be an added advantage.
