Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated LinkedIn Lead Generation Specialist to help drive our business growth by identifying and connecting with potential clients on LinkedIn. The ideal candidate will be skilled in using LinkedIn and other tools to generate high-quality leads, engage prospects, and support the sales team in achieving targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential leads and decision-makers on LinkedIn using advanced search and tools.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads for the sales team.
- Engage with prospects through connection requests, personalized messages, and follow-ups.
- Research companies and industries to identify potential business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of lead generation activities in CRM tools.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation strategies.
- Analyze lead generation performance and suggest improvements to increase efficiency.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in LinkedIn lead generation or B2B prospecting.
- Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other lead generation tools.
- Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to research, identify, and target potential clients effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is preferred.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and result-driven.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in B2B sales or business development.
- Understanding of digital marketing strategies.
- Ability to craft engaging messages and personalized outreach campaigns.
Qualification:
- Education: BA, BSc, BCA, BBA, M.Com, or Graduation in any stream.
- Must have strong English written and verbal communication skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹10, ₹12,000.00 per month
