How will you make an impact in this role?
CBU manages all credit reporting disputes for U.S. consumers, whether they come via phone, written correspondence, or through credit reporting agencies which is Experian, Equifax, and TransUnion. As a highly regulated segment, we adhere strictly to FCRA guidelines, ensuring that consumer disputes are resolved within the prescribed 30-day SLA. Through our commitment to precision, compliance, and transparency, we play a key role in protecting consumer trust and upholding the integrity of credit reporting.
- Ability To Work in A Highly Compliant, Dynamic and Research-Intensive Environment in solving credit bureau disputes
- Review Accounts to Determine Appropriate Action for solving reporting dispute
- Ability To Work in A Highly Compliant and Dynamic Environment
- Ensure all SLAs are met across various queues, upholding efficiency, and compliance
- Adhere to Company Policies and Regulatory Compliance Guidelines relevant to the business
- Proven ability to drive Goals & Metrices for the process
Minimum Qualifications:
- Strong Verbal & Written communication skills
- Graduate with minimum 1-3 years' experience
- Should possess Analytical, Decision Making and Problem-Solving Skills
- Multi-skilled across card platforms/products is preferable
- Demonstrated dependability/self-motivating skills
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team environment as well as independently
- Strong Team Player with high level of integrity
- Strong Knowledge to American Express Product, Policies & Procedures
- Change Management Ability & Self-motivating skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced metric driven environment with proficient multitasking and navigation in a windows environment
- Build and maintain loyalty through exceptional communication
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior knowledge of green screens, Triumph platform, CLIC tool will be an added advantage
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of Card products and CHC procedures to ensure process
