Team Member - EXIM

To manage the timely despatch & custom clearance of all EXIM shipments.

To Ensure the compliance of Indian Custom Rules & Regulations

To Ensure availing 100 % EXIM Benefits / Incentives (On time)

To publish MIS of EXIM on monthly basis

Negotiate with freight forwarders & have best landed cost of Mass production for Import and Export Shipments (Air & Sea)

Ensure timely checking & process the bills of Service Providers

Prepare monthly / quarterly / Yearly contracts of service providers (CHA's / Freight Forwarders / Shipping Lines)

Timely Custom Clearance of Import shipments (Air & Sea)

Fixing up targets for transit time (end to end logistics) and monitoring the same on daily basis.

Timely dispatch of all Export bound Containers & Trucks.

Process L/C , Advance and Direct Payments to Overseas Suppliers

Knowledge of Import and Export Process / Procedure and Policy

MBA / PG in International business from an institute of repute.

Bachelor of Science / Commerce / Engineering + Diploma in Foreign Trade

Minimum 5 -10 years' experience in EXIM (Export & Import) area, preferably in Automotive/ Household appliance Industry.

EXIM (Export & Import) Trade Knowledge (about Custom Laws in India and all dealing countries)
