We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced F&B Service Team Member to join our team in the Hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years of experience in food and beverage service, with excellent communication and customer service skills.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Manage food and beverage orders efficiently and accurately.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales targets and improve customer experience.
  • Handle cash and credit transactions with precision and attention to detail.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance knowledge and skills.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in food and beverage service, preferably in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and basic math skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred.
