Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Engineer, based in Bengaluru South, with some flexibility for remote work. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support to customers, developing sales strategies, and maintaining strong customer relationships. The role involves demonstrating products, addressing client inquiries, and identifying solutions to meet customer needs while achieving sales targets and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Sales Engineering and Technical Support to analyze client requirements and offer effective solutions
- Sales and Customer Service skills to build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Excellent Communication skills to present technical information clearly, negotiate effectively, and collaborate with internal teams
- Proactive problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused approach
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related Engineering field
- Previous experience in the NDT industry is an advantage
- Willingness to travel to meet clients and support projects
