Key Responsibilities:
Front Desk & Patient Interaction
- Greet and assist patients, visitors, and healthcare staff in a courteous and professional manner.
- Answer and route incoming calls, messages, and inquiries.
- Provide information regarding hospital services, departments, visiting hours, and policies.
Patient Registration & Documentation
- Register new patients and update existing patient records in the hospital system.
- Verify patient identification, insurance details, referral documents, and other required paperwork.
- Collect co-pays, fees, or required payments and issue receipts.
Appointment & Scheduling Management
- Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other departments to manage patient flow and reduce waiting times.
- Notify patients of upcoming appointments, delays, or changes.
Administrative Duties
- Maintain front-desk area cleanliness and ensure availability of forms and supplies.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, documents, and couriers.
- Assist in preparing daily reports, logs, or other administrative documents as needed.
Compliance & Confidentiality
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and privacy in accordance with HIPAA or relevant guidelines.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹14, ₹16,000.00 per month
