What you'll do:
- Manage campaign creation and execution
- Partner with Demand Generation and cross-departmentally, implementing best-practices
- Create email templates and segments
- Coordinate the Marketing activities calendar to ensure there is no overlap of campaigns going to the same segment
- Ensure data accuracy to support post-mortem campaign reporting
- Analyze data, assess trends, and determine actions to optimize performance
- Develop and maintain documentation and standard operating procedures to ensure consistent and efficient use of Marketo across the marketing team.
- Coordinate various ad campaigns, events and other related activities
What you'll need:
- 3+ years of experience in Marketing Operations or similar
- Expertise in Marketo or other marketing automation software
- Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce and their integration with marketing automation platforms
- Excellent project management acumen
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities with competing deadlines simultaneously
- Experience with reporting and analytics
- A data driven mindset with strong analytical, data accuracy and problem-solving skills
- Ability to drive results through your job competencies of technical aptitude, collaboration, and paying attention to detail
- Ability to drive results through NAVEX core competencies of accountability, customer focus, drives results and instilling trust

- Starting pay rate for this role is 2,000,000 INR per annum.
- Pay progression is based on your performance.
