Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Marketing Specialist
experience in the
Audio-Visual (AV) distribution industry preferably
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth. This role involves close collaboration with sales, product, and vendor teams to position the company as a leading distributor in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive
    marketing strategies
    aligned with business goals.
  • Plan and manage
    product launches, brand campaigns, digital marketing initiatives, events, and trade shows
    to enhance market visibility.
  • Work closely with the
    sales team
    to design targeted marketing campaigns that drive
    lead generation and conversion
    .
  • Collaborate with
    vendors and OEM partners
    on joint marketing programs, co-branded campaigns, and market development funds (MDF) utilization.
  • Conduct
    market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights
    to identify opportunities and refine positioning.
  • Oversee the creation of
    marketing collateral, case studies, product brochures, videos, newsletters, and content
    for digital and offline channels.
  • Manage
    digital marketing activities
    , including website content, SEO, SEM, email campaigns, and social media presence.
  • Plan and execute
    B2B events, webinars, roadshows, and partner training programs
    to strengthen channel engagement.
  • Track and report on the
    effectiveness of marketing campaigns
    , providing regular performance analysis and ROI reports.
  • Lead, mentor, and support junior marketing team members to ensure consistent brand messaging and execution excellence.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 7+ years of marketing experience
    preferably experienced
    the AV distribution / Pro AV / IT hardware / technology solutions
    industry.
  • Strong understanding of
    B2B marketing, channel marketing, and product positioning
    .
  • Proven track record in
    developing successful marketing strategies
    and executing integrated campaigns.
  • Experience managing
    digital marketing platforms, CRM tools, and marketing automation systems
    .
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Creative thinker with strong analytical and project management abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Preferred Attributes:

  • Experience working with
    AV brands, system integrators, or distribution networks
    .
  • Familiarity with
    AV technologies
    (audio, video, control, conferencing, digital signage, etc.).
  • Strong network and relationships within the AV or IT industry ecosystem.
