
HR Executive-Male

Source potential candidates through online & offline channels (e.g., social platforms and professional networks).
Provide administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling interviews, coordinating candidate communications
Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and recruitment activities.
Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate fit.
Assist in the coordination of recruitment events and job fairs.
Assist in managing the candidate experience, ensuring timely communication and a positive interview process.
Support the onboarding process for new hires.
Perform other duties as assigned by the HR Manager.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree/PG in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Fresher's or experienced candidates (0-1 Years), Immediate joiners preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with social media, resume databases, and professional networks (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹12, ₹20,000.00 per month
