Responsibilities:

  1. Business Development & Revenue Growth
  2. Drive CASA, Retail Assets, Wealth Management, and Fee Income targets across the cluster.
  3. Develop strategies to acquire new customers and deepen relationships with existing ones.
  4. Ensure consistent delivery of sales productivity and profitability metrics.
  5. Collaborate with product, marketing, and digital teams to support branch-led initiatives.
  6. Customer Experience & Service Excellence
  7. Champion customer-centric approach by ensuring superior service delivery.
  8. Monitor customer feedback and NPS (Net Promoter Score) to continuously improve service standards.
  9. Ensure branches maintain high-quality customer engagement and relationship management.
