Role & responsibilities
As a fresher in the Project Sales team, you will be trained and supported to understand the market, develop dealer relationships, and contribute to the sales growth of the companys products in the B2B (Projects) segment.
1. Building Sales Network
- Support in identifying and onboarding new dealers and project partners in assigned areas.
- Learn to map the market and gather information about competitors, their pricing, and new product launches.
- Help ensure proper display of products and promotional materials at dealer and site locations.
2. Achieving Sales Goals
- Work towards monthly and quarterly sales and collection targets under the guidance of senior team members.
- Assist in generating leads by visiting construction sites and identifying potential customers like builders and contractors.
3. Partner Support & Coordination
- Learn how to maintain relationships with project partners and collect balance confirmations every quarter.
- Coordinate with dealers and site teams for timely order placements and stock requirements.
4. Promotions & Marketing Support
- Help in executing promotional activities, product launches, and marketing events at the ground level.
- Ensure that promotional materials and product displays are placed correctly as per guidelines.
5. Collections & Compliance
- Understand commercial terms and assist in collecting payments from dealers as per timelines.
- Learn to follow company policies related to B2B sales and reporting.
6. Reporting & Training
- Submit basic sales reports, dealer feedback, and stock updates regularly.
- Attend product training sessions and support training activities for electricians and contractors.
- Encourage dealers to use the company's digital platforms and tools.
