What You'll Do
- Lead and manage 10–15 FOFO/ company-owned stores within your region.
- Drive store P&L, ensuring profitability, ROI, and achievement of sales and performance KPIs (conversion rate, ASP, ATV, and shrinkage).
- Ensure end-to-end operational excellence, inventory management, store standards, and visual merchandising compliance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with franchise partners, supporting them in achieving business goals.
- Coach, mentor, and train Store Managers and their teams to maintain high performance and strong brand culture.
- Conduct regular store audits, business reviews, and performance analysis to identify improvement areas.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless execution of business plans.
- Plan and implement local marketing and in-store activation strategies to enhance sales and brand visibility.
- Travel frequently across the territory to ensure consistent execution and operational alignment.
Must Haves
- 5+ years of experience in retail operations, with at least 2+ years managing multiple stores.
- Proven experience in footwear, fashion, or lifestyle retail.
- Strong understanding of store KPIs, P&L, ROI, and retail analytics.
- Hands-on experience managing FOFO/franchise models.
- Demonstrated leadership skills , ability to manage, motivate, and develop teams.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and business acumen.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Preferred:
- Experience leading regional retail operations for a consumer brand.
- Exposure to retail training, visual merchandising, and new store openings.
- Strong analytical and reporting capabilities with proficiency in Excel or retail management systems.
