Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-drivenE-commerce & Quick Commerce Operations Executiveto manage day-to-day backend operations for Catch across key online platforms. The role requires hands-on experience with e-commerce (Amazon, Flipkart) and quick commerce platforms (Blinkit, Zepto, Sweegy), focusing on PO processing, inventory, order management, and fill rate optimization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Purchase Order (PO) Management
  • Manage POs from e-commerce and quick commerce portals
  • Ensure timely in warding, invoicing, dispatch, and tracking
  • Order Processing & Fulfillment
  • Coordinate with internal teams and warehouses for order processing
  • Monitor end-to-end order status to ensure timely delivery
  • Inventory Management
  • Track real-time inventory across platforms
  • Plan and ensure timely stock replenishment to avoid OOS (out-of-stock) or overstock situations
  • Fill Rate & OTIF Monitoring
  • Maintain and improve fill rates for all partner platforms
  • Identify and close gaps impacting OTIF metrics
  • Quick Commerce Execution
  • Ensure accurate live inventory, product listing, and order syncing on Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, etc.
  • Coordinate fast-moving SKU mapping, timely order fulfilment, and promo execution
  • Key Account Operations Support
  • Work closely with Key Account Managers to support operational KPIs
  • Help manage platform-specific dashboards, disputes, returns, and operational hygiene
  • Data Analysis & Reporting
  • Maintain daily/weekly dashboards for PO aging, fill rates, inventory, order trends, and returns
  • Highlight gaps and proactively suggest solutions
