**Key Role Area (KRA's)**
- Manage the day-to-day operations of e-commerce platforms, including product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory management on various marketplaces like Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Myntra, Meesho etc
- Optimize product listings for search visibility and conversion, including keyword research, product descriptions, and imagery.
- Able to create/execute/run/optimize various ad campiagns on marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Myntra, Meesho etc.
- Oversee social media management to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, product, design team)
- Using Spreadsheets or Excel (pivot tables, vlookups etc) to stay organized and monitor changes in product sales and identify opportunities for improvement.
**Key Performance Indicators (KPI):**
- Handle client communication and relationship management with professionalism and empathy.
- Increasing customer satisfaction scores.
- Enhancing the visibility and ranking of product listings on ecommerce platforms.
**Qualifications:**
- High level of integrity and trust.
- Proven experience (typically 3-5 years) in e-commerce.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
