We're hiring Ecommerce Manager- Beauty & Personal Care

Location: Noida Sector 16 (In-Office Role)

D2C marketplace for Beauty & Personal Care products

on a mission to revolutionize how Indian consumers discover beauty. Using AI, ML, and tech-driven personalization, we're building India's smartest beauty platform — connecting the right brands with the right audience.

Our platform is backed by Seelingo , a multi-billion-dollar global tech & e-commerce company.

We are now hiring an Ecommerce Manager to lead brand partnerships, manage online operations, and scale our marketplace as we prepare for launch next month — with 40+ beauty brands already onboarded.

About the RoleOffice: Noida Sector 16 (WeWork)

Timings: 9 AM – 6 PM, Monday to Friday

Salary: ₹14–16 Lakhs pa

Core Responsibilities

  1. Brand Partnerships & Account Management


• Build and manage relationships with top Beauty & Personal Care brands


• Identify and onboard high-potential brands to expand our marketplace


• Act as the main point of contact for partner brands — from contracts to launch

  1. Category Growth & Performance


• Own the P&L of the Beauty & Personal Care category


• Drive sales performance, assortment planning, and pricing strategy


• Analyze market trends and optimize listings for maximum visibility and conversions

  1. Negotiation & Strategic Execution


• Negotiate SKUs, commercials, and marketing collaborations confidently


• Work cross-functionally with tech, logistics, and marketing teams to ensure smooth brand operations

  1. Data & Tech Orientation


• Leverage analytics tools and AI platforms to enhance sales performance


• Maintain category dashboards and performance trackers

What We're Looking For

Strong industry network in Beauty & Personal Care (active contacts required)

Proven experience managing the Beauty & Personal Care category — either brand-side or on e-commerce platforms

Excellent communication & negotiation skills in English and Hindi

Analytical mindset with comfort using tech, AI, and reporting tools

Stability: 2+ years in one company required (3+ years preferred in the same organization)

Proximity: Must be based within 30 minutes of Noida Sector 16
