Role Description

The Co-founder (Head of Climate Sales & Partnerships) will lead the strategy, development, and execution of sales and partnership initiatives for Zenlynx Technology. Responsibilities include identifying growth opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, driving revenue, and ensuring alignment with the company's mission to promote sustainability. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bhubaneswar, and requires collaboration across teams to achieve business and environmental objectives.

Qualifications

  • Strong Sales and Marketing expertise to develop and execute effective strategies for client acquisition and retention
  • Excellent Communication skills to build and maintain partnerships with clients and stakeholders
  • Analytical Skills to interpret data and insights for informed decision-making
  • Research skills to stay updated on market trends, competitor strategies, and emerging opportunities
  • Proven leadership and team management experience
  • Understanding of climate-tech, sustainability, and ESG frameworks is highly preferred
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Environmental Science, or a related field
