Founder's Office Internship Program
— a unique, high-impact role that offers direct exposure to leadership-level decision-making, strategic planning, business operations, and innovation execution.

Role Overview

This is not a routine internship — it's a fast-track entry into the world of leadership and entrepreneurship.

As part of the
Founder's Office
, you will be deeply involved in driving
strategic projects, market initiatives, product growth, and business partnerships
. You will work directly with the
Founder & Leadership Team
and get unparalleled insight into how a high-impact healthtech company scales from the ground up.

Top-performing interns will be offered a
full-time role
upon successful completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the
    Founder & Core Leadership
    on business-critical initiatives, partnerships, and strategic decision-making.
  • Conduct
    market research, policy analysis, and competitor benchmarking
    to support strategic growth.
  • Assist in preparing
    business reports, investor presentations, pitch decks, and partnership proposals
    .
  • Support
    cross-functional projects
    involving product development, business expansion, marketing, and operations.
  • Identify process gaps, suggest improvements, and contribute to
    scaling initiatives
    .
  • Manage sensitive information and execute projects with
    high accountability and ownership
    .

Eligibility & Qualifications

  • Must be a
    Master's student or recent Master's graduate
    in one of the following (or related) fields:
  • Business Administration (MBA / PGDM)
  • Life Sciences / Healthcare Management
  • Economics / Public Policy / Development Studies
  • Engineering / Technology Management
  • Strong
    analytical, communication, and problem-solving
    skills.
  • Passion for
    healthtech, innovation, and startup ecosystems
    .
  • Highly
    curious, self-motivated, and adaptable
    to fast-changing environments.
  • (Preferred) Prior internship or project experience in
    startups, consulting, product, or strategy
    roles.
