**Key Responsibilities**:

- Building and maintaining solid relationships with the clients
- Creating a positive onboarding experience for the new clients
- Maintaining an accurate and detailed record of the existing and potential clients
- Timely responding the client inquiries in a professional manner
- Identifying the marketing efforts of the competitors in the similar domain

**Skill Requirements**:

- A graduate or an MBA with a minimum of 1 year of work experience in client servicing
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly motivated and deadline-driven individual
- Able to work independently and cooperatively in a team environment
