About the Company:
Roles and responsibilities
- Creating leads and reaching out to them.
- onboarding leads on our platform.
- Researching about the leads and maintaining Excel for the same.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends and develop strategies to increase client retention and satisfaction.
- Addressing client issue and maintaining long term relationship with them
- Able to achieve targets adhering the deadline.

Requirements
- 1. Bachelor's degree in any field. (Preferably Commerce)

2. Proven experience in client relationship management or account management, preferably in a B2B setting.

3. Excellent Communication skills.

4. Strong problem solving and convincing skills.

5. Good knowledge of Microsoft office.

6. Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.

6. Preferably Women.
