Qualification : Graduate / Post Graduate.
Years Of Experience : 4+years
Language Known : English (Fluent) & Hindi (Fluent) / Odia
Preferred Candidate : Female
CTC : As per company standard
Requirements and skills:
Greet clients warmly and make them feel welcome upon arrival.
Act as the main point of contact for clients during their on-site visits.
Conduct property tours and provide detailed information about the real estate offerings.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance their overall experience.
Actively listen to client concerns and address them promptly and professionally.
Anticipate client needs and proactively offer solutions to enhance satisfaction.
Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients throughout the real estate process.
Update clients on the status of their transactions and provide relevant information.
Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone, email, or in-person.
Ensure a hospitable and comfortable atmosphere for clients visiting the site.
Coordinate and oversee amenities such as refreshments, waiting areas, and other hospitality services.
Implement creative ideas to enhance the overall client experience.
Address and resolve client issues or concerns in a timely and effective manner.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless resolution of any challenges clients may encounter.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, feedback, and preferences.
Assist in the preparation of relevant documentation for transactions and client records.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service or client relations, preferably in the real estate industry.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
Knowledge of real estate processes and terminology is a plus.
Proficiency in relevant software applications and tools
