We are looking for a talented and motivated sales representative to join our team and help us drive the growth of our business in India.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the school market in India
- Present the benefits of MySmartSchool's school management software to potential customers
- Negotiate deals and close sales
- Manage customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Attend industry events and trade shows to network and promote MySmartSchool
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales and marketing strategies

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a sales representative or similar sales role
- Strong understanding of the Indian school market and its challenges
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
- Self-starter with a high level of energy and drive
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Familiarity with CRM software
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
