Job Summary
: We're looking for a detail-oriented Technical Writer with experience in AI-powered content creation to join our Learning & Development team. You'll gather information from product demos, subject matter experts, and internal teams to create clear, scalable, and multilingual content that empowers both customers and internal teams

s.Key Responsibilitie
- s:Create and maintain clear, user-friendly documentation for Logile solution
- s.Collaborate with SMEs to document new features, UI changes, and learning initiatives, ensuring alignment with release timeline
- s.Use AI tools (e.g., Copilot) to draft, refine, and personalize documentation at scal
- e.Support initiatives related to product documentation by developing and testing documentation inputs for consistency and accurac
- y.Translate and maintain documentation in multiple languages with AI and SME support (e.g., Spanish, Polish
- ).Reduce support tickets and improve CSAT/NPS by ensuring documentation is current, accessible, and actionabl
- e.Support internal wiki and centralized knowledge base
- s.Contribute to measurable improvements in onboarding engagement, product adoption, and customer satisfactio
n.Job Requirement
- s:3+ years of writing and editing product documentation for software platform
- s.Skilled in creating clear, scalable content that improves adoption and reduces support ticket
- s.Strong editing and proofreading abilities with attention to clarity and consistenc
- y.Comfortable using AI tools (e.g., Copilot) to accelerate content creatio
- n.Proven impact on customer satisfaction, onboarding speed, or product engagemen
