Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Manager role located in Bengaluru. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, fostering client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Key duties include developing and implementing business strategies, building and maintaining a client pipeline, and negotiating contracts with potential partners. The role will also require collaboration with internal teams to ensure the successful onboarding of new clients and alignment with organizational goals.

  • Business Development, Account Management, and Client Relationship Management skills
  • Strategic Planning, Negotiation, and Contract Management expertise
  • Market Research and Competitor Analysis capabilities
  • Strong Communication, Presentation, and Interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and data-driven decision-making
  • Experience in SaaS, consulting, or freelancing platforms is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields; advanced degrees are a plus
