Job description:

Job Title: Client Relations Lead

Compensation: As per market standards

Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent

Key Responsibilities

The Client Relations Lead will lead the client-facing function of the organization, ensuring

  • effective account management,
  • consistent client retention, and
  • smooth campaign delivery across multiple active projects

To do this effectively, you will

  • Lead a pod of 3–6 Account Managers
  • Own relationships with key clients
  • Improve team judgment, communication quality, and execution velocity
  • Ensure campaign success and driving long-term retention
  • Act as the escalation point when things break
  • Be the bridge between clients, creators, and internal teams
  • Raise the talent bar through hiring, coaching, and feedback

Required Skills & Experience

  • 4–8 years in Account Management, Client Success, or Campaign Management
  • 1–3 years in a leadership role
  • Excellent writing & communication skills (non-negotiable)
  • Comfort managing ambiguity & high-intensity cycles
  • Strong judgment in client-facing situations
  • Ability to own outcomes end-to-end

Bonus:

  • Experience in creator/agency/D2C ecosystem
  • Experience building processes or scaling teams
