Administration Assistant

We are looking for an Admin Executive who can efficiently manage day-to-day administration and support smooth functioning of branch operations. You will act as the Administrative Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for all branch-related administrative activities.
Location: Gajuwaka, Visakhapatnam
Immediate Joiners Preferred
Responsibilities Include:
- Day-to-day office administration and facility management
- Petty cash handling
- Maintaining attendance registers and office records
- Coordinating with vendors for stationery, housekeeping, IT & other services
- Inventory management & stock tracking
- Handling office documentation, file management & company correspondence
- Coordinating AMC, maintenance, and service requests
- Handling travel arrangements and logistics (if required)
- Ensuring office discipline and employee support
- Supporting HR & operations teams in administrative tasks
- Maintaining MIS reports and preparing administrative summaries
- Ensuring compliance with company policies within the branch
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18, ₹22,000.00 per month
