How You'll Make An Impact

Develop and implement standardized PMO processes and procedures in line with .

  • Ensure processes align with industry best practices and organizational objectives.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in project management and share best practices across the team.
  • Take full ownership of end-to-end project management tool architecture.
  • Create comprehensive documentation for all PMO processes, following our Framework
  • Maintain up-to-date process manuals and guidelines.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with PMO processes.
  • Identify areas for improvement and partner with site PMO teams in implementing improvement actions.
  • Establish improved change management processes across the PMO function.
  • Conducting training session for Project Managers

Your Background

  • Bachelors degree in business administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • PMP or similar project management certification preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management and process improvement roles.
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing PMO processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • EPC project work experiences preferred
