Company Name KBNK Design Build Pvt Ltd Roles Responsibilities Collaborate with project teams to understand project requirements and develop sourcing strategies accordingly Source materials furnishings fixtures and equipment required for interior designing projects ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project timelines and budget Manage the end-to-end supply chain process including order placement tracking sample sourcing and inventory management Work closely with logistics and operations teams to coordinate deliveries and resolve any supply chain issues that may arise Conduct quality inspections of materials and equipment received to ensure they meet project specifications and quality standards Implement quality control measures and address any deviations or non-conformities promptly Collaborate with project managers architects designers and contractors to align sourcing activities with project timelines and budgetary constraints Provide regular updates on sourcing status cost projections and potential risks to project stakeholders Strong understanding of sourcing processes procurement strategies and supply chain management principles Excellent negotiation communication and vendor management skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment prioritize tasks and meet project deadlines Proficiency in using sourcing and procurement software tools is preferred Location Pune Maharashtra Qualification B E Civil Electrical Mechanical Post-graduation in construction management Software skills Auto CAD MS Office MS Projects or any other scheduling software Experience 5-8 Year experience in commercial office fit-out management construction Job Type Full-time Pay 600 000 00 - 900 000 00 per year Schedule Day shift Education Bachelor s Preferred Experience total work 8 years Preferred Management 8 years Preferred Work Location In person
