Job Title :Functional Consultant (RecVue)

Job Summary:-

1. Role Overview

The Functional Consultant (RecVue) will play a critical role in the Discovery phase of a large business transformation engagement using the RecVue platform. This role will focus on analyzing, designing, and validating revenue recognition, billing, and partner compensation processes, ensuring compliance with ASC 606 and IFRS 15 standards. The Functional Consultant will collaborate closely with solution architects, Oracle ERP Cloud consultants, and business stakeholders to integrate RecVue capabilities into enterprise OTC processes. This is a long-term program (2+ years) starting with the Discovery phase. Based on performance during Discovery, the role may be extended into subsequent phases through build, go-live, and hypercare.

2. Duration: 12 weeks (Discovery phase, with potential extension based on performance into build, go-live, and hypercare phases of the 2+ year program)

3. Location: Onshore (US)

4. Key Responsibilities

5. Lead workshops and discussions to capture revenue recognition, billing, and partner compensation requirements in RecVue.

6. Document baseline business processes, Fit/Gap analyses, and functional requirements specific to RecVue.
7. Design functional configurations for RecVue billing, revenue recognition (ASC 606, IFRS 15), and compensation modules.
8. Collaborate with solution architects and Oracle ERP Cloud consultants to ensure OTC integration with RecVue is properly defined.
9. Support development of configuration workbooks, testing strategies, and functional design documents for RecVue-related deliverables.
10. Validate RICEW inventory items tied to RecVue billing, revenue recognition, and compensation functionalities.
11. Engage with client business stakeholders to validate design decisions and ensure alignment with enterprise objectives.
12. Ensure compliance with governance, audit, and revenue recognition regulatory requirements.

13. Provide knowledge transfer and support readiness activities for subsequent project phases.

14. Required Skills & Experience

15. Overall IT experience of 15+ years with 5+ years in leading RecVue Deployment, 7 years in leading OTC solution.

16. Proven expertise in implementing RecVue modules for Revenue recognition (ASC 606, IFRS 15), billing, and partner compensation.
17. Strong functional knowledge of revenue recognition standards including ASC 606 and IFRS 15.
18. Experience integrating RecVue with Oracle ERP Cloud OTC processes.
19. Hands-on experience with RecVue configuration, testing, and reporting.
20. Ability to document and validate functional requirements in large-scale ERP/OTC transformation programs.
21. Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
22. Exposure to global ERP and billing transformation programs.
23. Relevant professional certification required (RecVue Consultant, Oracle ERP Cloud Financials, or equivalent).
