Job Title :Functional Consultant (OTC)

Job Summary:-

1. Role Overview

The Functional Consultant (OTC) will play a critical role in the Discovery phase of a large business transformation engagement using SaaS platforms (Oracle ERP Cloud and RecVue). This role will focus on analyzing, designing, and validating Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes across Oracle ERP Cloud and RecVue, ensuring business requirements are effectively translated into functional designs. The Functional Consultant will collaborate closely with solution architects, technical teams, and business stakeholders to align OTC processes with enterprise objectives. This is a long-term program (2+ years) starting with the Discovery phase. Based on performance during Discovery, the role may be extended into subsequent phases through build, go-live, and hypercare.

2. Duration: 12 weeks (Discovery phase, with potential extension based on performance into build, go-live, and hypercare phases of the 2+ year program)

3. Location: Onshore (US)

4. Key Responsibilities

5. Lead workshops and discussions to capture OTC business requirements and align them with Oracle ERP Cloud and RecVue capabilities.

6. Document baseline business processes, Fit/Gap analyses, and functional requirements for OTC areas.
7. Design functional configurations for Oracle ERP Cloud (AR, AP, CM, GL) and RecVue billing processes.
8. Collaborate with solution architects and technical teams to ensure integration requirements for OTC flows are well-defined.
9. Support development of configuration workbooks, testing strategies, and functional design documents for OTC-related deliverables.
10. Assist in validating RICEW inventory items related to OTC and RecVue billing functionalities.
11. Partner with client business stakeholders to validate design decisions and ensure alignment with enterprise OTC objectives.
12. Ensure compliance with governance, quality, and change management processes during Discovery phase activities.

13. Provide knowledge transfer and support readiness activities for subsequent project phases.

14. Required Skills & Experience

15. Overall IT experience of 15+ years with 5+ years in leading Oracle OTC Deployment (Fusion), 7 years in leading Oracle ERP (Finance/SCM) Deployment (EBS/PeopleSoft).

16. Proven expertise in OTC processes across Oracle ERP Cloud (AR, AP, CM, GL) and Recvue.
17. Strong knowledge of Oracle ERP Cloud functional modules including AR, AP, CM, and GL.
18. Experience with RecVue billing, revenue recognition, and subscription models is highly desirable.
19. Demonstrated ability to gather, document, and validate functional requirements in large ERP transformation programs.
20. Hands-on experience with Oracle ERP Cloud configuration, testing, and reporting in OTC areas.
21. Ability to support RICEW validation and ensure traceability of requirements to deliverables.
22. Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
23. Relevant professional certification required (Oracle ERP Cloud Financials Consultant, PMP, or equivalent).
