Job Title :Data Consultant (Oracle/RecVue)

Job Summary:-

  1. Role Overview

The Data Consultant (Oracle/RecVue) will support the Discovery phase of a large business transformation engagement leveraging Oracle ERP Cloud and RecVue. This role will focus on data migration, validation, and transformation activities across financial, procurement, customer, and partner domains. The Data Consultant will collaborate with data conversion leads, solution architects, and business stakeholders to define mapping, transformation, and reconciliation strategies for both Oracle Fusion and RecVue. This is a long-term program (2+ years) starting with the Discovery phase. Based on performance during Discovery, the role may be extended into subsequent phases through build, go-live, and hypercare.

  1. Key Responsibilities

  2. Support data migration strategy and execution for Oracle Fusion and RecVue modules.

  3. Assist in conducting data workshops to capture business and technical requirements for conversion objects.
  4. Define mapping and transformation rules for master and transactional data across Oracle Fusion (AP, AR, PO, FAH, GL, FA) and RecVue (customers, partners, pricing, contracts, commissions).
  5. Support data cleansing, enrichment, and validation processes to ensure accuracy and completeness of migrated data.
  6. Work with functional and technical teams to maintain data conversion workbooks and related documentation.
  7. Assist in executing mock loads, reconciliation, and audit reporting during migration cycles.
  8. Identify risks and issues related to data migration and escalate for resolution.
  9. Collaborate with stakeholders to validate outputs against reporting and compliance requirements.

  10. Contribute to knowledge transfer and readiness support for subsequent project phases.

  11. Required Skills & Experience

  12. Overall IT experience of 15+ years with 5+ years in leading as Oracle data migration (Fusion), 7 years' experience with Oracle ERP (EBS/PeopleSoft) solution.

  13. Experience working with data migration across Oracle Fusion (AP, AR, PO, FAH, GL, FA), RecVue (customer/partners, commissions, allocation rule, contracts/agreements, pricing).
  14. Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion data structures, FBDI, ADFDI, and migration tools.
  15. Familiarity with RecVue data models including customers, partners, pricing, and contracts.
  16. Hands-on experience in documenting mapping, cleansing, enrichment, and reconciliation processes.
  17. Ability to validate and align conversion outputs with business and reporting requirements.
  18. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  19. Experience working in large-scale ERP transformation projects involving Oracle ERP Cloud and RecVue.
  20. Relevant certification required (Oracle ERP Cloud Data Management, RecVue Consultant, or equivalent).
